SJ-Recon is responsible for fully reconditioning both Skyjack brand Rough Terrain and Electric Scissors as well as many various boom lift models from a variety of OEMs Skyjack Corporation.
Reconditioning Method
Every machinery has been thoroughly checked with all safety bulletins and outstanding updates completed before disassembly. Prior to being carefully prepped for painting, all weldments are closely checked for any defects.
Skyjack's Recon Division has all of the necessary tools required to complete a professional, high quality paint job. They offer a complete paint line and oven and a state of the art blasting booth.
Each Skyjack machinery is meticulously reassembled so as to meet original OEM standards. The following parts are replaced with brand new components: 110V outlet, the hydraulic fluids, hoses and filters, the main electrical cables and main control and joystick controllers. In addition, each and every unit receives new tires, batteries and battery cables and worn pins and bushings are replaced.
With a rated load capacity of ninety thousand pounds in the 1st and 2nd tiers, the TXLC-974 also offers 85,000 pounds load capacity in the 4th and 3rd tiers. These units provide a ninety seven inch center of load. When at one hundred six inch center of the load, the TXLC-974 capacity is eighty two thousand pounds in the 1st and 2nd tiers and in the 4th and 3rd tiers it is still rated at 80,000 pounds. It also provides a trailer handling capacity of ninety thousand pounds at 110 inch center of load.
